The First Photograph of a Planet Orbiting a Hypergiant (1995)

This photograph, taken in 1995, is the first ever image of a planet orbiting a hypergiant star. It was taken by the Hubble Space Telescope and shows the planet, designated HD 98800 b, orbiting the star HD 98800, located in the constellation of Vela.
